I am so excited to work with you! These bottles are made by painting the base and using design elements from cocktail napkins. Please read the details below and complete the order form. I will contact you after the order has been submitted to finalize details and to confirm payment. 

TIMING: 
You will provide the date your bottle is needed on the order form. I will work to ensure you receive the bottle by that time or will contact you if that timeline is not possible. Please keep in mind the time to complete the bottle and to ship it if needed. 

PRICING: 
The starting price will is $40. Additional cost will be added for the following items. 

You will cover the price of the wine. This will depend on the price range you select on the order form. 

You will cover the cost of shipping. If you are local, we can arrange a drop off and you will not have a shipping cost.

CUSTOM DESIGN: 
I will reach out to show you the design options I have in stock that you can choose from. If you prefer to have a specific napkin design in mind, you will need to provide information on how to get them (preferably a link to order) and you will cover the cost of the napkin.
